Niagara Pride offers a number of events throughout 2026 where merchant and information vendors are welcome. Below is the list of Season of Pride Events being held in 2026.
SPOTS ARE LIMITED FOR EACH EVENT, SO PLEASE SIGN UP EARLY TO ENSURE A SPOT. ONCE SPOTS ARE SOLD OUT, WE WON'T BE ABLE TO OFFER MORE VENDOR OPENINGS.
REGISTRATION PROCESS:

Please use this site to sign up and pay the vendor registration fee.

Select the events you wish to be a vendor at and place the registration in your shopping cart.

Then proceed to the checkout to complete the registration process.
***When checking out, please provide your business name and details in the
Vendor Details Section at the checkout page!***
(Please note that Niagara Pride reserves the right to revoke the registration of a merchant or informational vendor and in that case, the vendor will be notified via email and a refund of the fee paid will be issued.)

Parking: Free on campus
HEALTH & WELLNESS VENDORS:
This event is designed to bring awareness to the LGBTQIA2S+ community about WNY providers and agencies that offer various health and wellness services (physical, mental health, recovery, legal, housing, financial, etc.) that are either LGBTQIA2S+ specific and/or affirming.
WNY SHOPPING WITH PRIDE VILLAGE VENDORS:
We welcome LGBTQIA2S+ and ally business owners, vendors, artisans, and crafters to be part of this 1-day event.
Vendor Information:

Niagara Pride does not provide tents nor tables/chairs.

Tents can be 8'x8' up 10'x10'.

Event is outdoors, so there is no access to electric. In the event of rain, event will be moved indoors with limited access to electric outlets.

Restrooms are available on campus.

Vehicles are not permitted on the green space. Vendors can unload on the street near their spot and then park in the designated lot.

This event is being held on a NYS university campus and therefore subject to certain prohibitions in terms of items permitted on campus.

Vendor registration fees are not refundable.
PRIDE N.O.W. (Newfane, Olcott, Wilson)
PRIDE N.O.W. is an annual family friendly Pride celebration bringing together the towns of Newfane, Olcott, and Wilson! Join us for the celebration of Pride taking place in Northern Niagara County!
Date: Saturday, June 6, 2026
Time: 11:00am to 4:00pm
Location: 2720-2729 Main Street, Newfane, NY
(Business Strip with Gazebo next to Newfane Town Hall)

LOCKPORT PRIDE
Back for its 3rd year, Lockport Pride features LGBTQIA2S+ and ally merchants, informational vendors, and entertainment that is family friendly! Join us for this amazing event during the day, then stay for the adult themed drag performance held that evening.

Experience Pride in the heart of soul of Niagara County...minutes walk from Niagara Falls State Park, this Pride event has it all...drag performers, family friendly activities, merchants, Pride after parties at local establishments, and a fireworks display over the Falls themselves!
