Niagara Pride offers a number of events throughout 2025 where merchant and information vendors are welcome. Below is the list of Season of Pride Events being held in 2025.
Please use this site to sign up and pay the vendor registration fee.​ Select the events you wish to be a vendor at, place the registration in your shopping cart, and then proceed to the checkout to complete the registration process.

*Please note that Niagara Pride reserves the right to revoke the registration of a merchant and in that case, the vendor will be notified via email and a refund of the fee paid will be issued.
WNY Pride 5K (LGBTQ+ Health Fair & WNY Shopping With Pride Village)
Back for its 4th year, the WNY Pride 5K is the unofficial kick off to Pride in WNY event. Featuring entertainment from local drag performers, the 5K also includes health and wellness providers who offer LGBTQIA2S+ affirming services and a section for local artisans, crafters, and other merchants to showcase and sell their wares.

Pride NOW (Newfane, Olcott, Wilson)
Newfane Pride expanding in 2025 to include its neighboring communities of Wilson and Olcott! Join us for the celebration of Pride taking place in Northern Niagara County!

Lockport Pride
Back for its second year, Lockport Pride features LGBTQIA2S+ and ally merchants, informational vendors, and entertainment that is family friendly!

Rainbow City Pride - The Official Pride of Niagara Falls, NY
Experience Pride in the heart of soul of Niagara County...minutes walk from Niagara Falls State Park, this Pride event has it all...drag performers, family friendly activities, merchants, Pride after parties at local establishments, and a fireworks display over the Falls themselves!​
